i found the staff friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. our room was super clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. i found the rooftop and pool area clean and it had great views of the city.

the air conditioning vent was clogged. people had to come up twice to fix it. the bed was uncomfortable i could hear people in neighboring rooms showering.

the hotel provide a really clean experience. the staff were helpful and really went the extra mile. i like the very comfortable bed and got a great nights sleep. the location felt safe, even when i was walking back at night.

the cost for breakfast felt too high. i thought i would have brew facilities in the room. it did surprise me that there were no dinner options.

The hotel's location was quite acceptable. It made getting around the city relatively easy.

I was disappointed by the room size. It felt cramped, and there was barely any space to move around comfortably. The bathroom had a strange, musty smell that lingered throughout my stay, which wasn't pleasant at all.

the location was excellent for attractions we planned. the neighborhood offers many dining options for any time of the day. the hotel is very close to shopping centers and public transport. front desk staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the quality of the family room terrace was beautiful. housekeeping were very good.

the room we stayed in felt improvised. it was located in the attic, directly above the gym. the bed was on wheels, more reminiscent of a hospital (i have never seen it in a hotel!). privacy was a major issue because anyone on the roof could see directly inside.

the hotel features an art collection in common areas, which gives the place a cultural touch. a small pool is available , and spontaneous piano concerts sometimes occur in the lobby area. the hotel offers a rooftop area.

staff at the front desk provide assistance and directions when needed. the housekeeping staff is amazing and attentive. the service at the reception was at a high level (we found the personnel helpful).
